MK Benny Elon proposes peace plan to "return to the Palestinians their dignity"

Elon's proposal includes generous grants for hundreds of thousands of refugees to build new homes.... Elon also added that the plan had the support of high-ranking US officials, although he did not mention names.....The chairman of the religious, right wing party stressed the humanitarian aspect of his plan.

MK Elon proposes 'Israeli initiative'

Elon repeatedly referred to peace and spoke about the need to help the Palestinian people....Elon said Israel must strive to find a humanitarian solution to the Palestinian refugee problem instead of a political one. He proposed dismantling the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, an organization that he said "perpetuated the refugee problem" and collaborated with the Palestinians to use the refugee issue as a political tool against Israel.

MK Benny Elon to host press conference in Jerusalem, Wednesday - US Presidential Candidate to publicly endorse Elon plan at press conference

In a press release issued by the Israeli Initiative, Uri Bank., the English Language Spokesman stated that a press conference would take place in Jerusalem on October 10 to launch the million-dollar initiative which focuses on solving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. .

Right-wing MKs plan anti-summit protest

Benny Elon and other right-wing MKs including Zevulun Orlev of the National Religious Party said today that they would be launching a renewed public campagin against the upcoming summit in Annapolis which is due to take place at the end of November.
Elon stated that "Annapolis, like [the] Oslo [accords] and the [Gaza] disengagement will not bring peace but will lead to bloodshed like we saw in September 2000 after the failure of the Camp David talks".
